“Deeply honored and grateful to receive the Indo-American Cancer Association (IACA) Award for ‘Outstanding Contributions to Cancer Care in India and Pioneering Contributions to Clinical Cancer Research’. This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects not an individual achievement, but the collective efforts of an incredible community that has mentored and inspired me throughout my journey.
My sincere thanks to the founders and leaders of IACA — Kanti Rai, Vineet Jain, Sewa Legha, Sant Chawlz, and Swaminathan P iyer and Jame Abraham, Dilip Patel, Bhoomi Mehrotra – for this honor.
It was also a privilege to receive this award alongside Dr. Vivek Subbiah, whose groundbreaking contributions to oncology continue to inspire the global cancer community.
