“Honored to be partnering with CanCare for a special virtual Sound Healing experience this week Friday.
Sound healing became part of my own support system during chemotherapy, a way to find moments of calm, grounding, and connection in the middle of uncertainty. What began as something deeply personal in my healing journey has now become one of the greatest joys of my work: creating space for others to pause, breathe, and feel supported through sound.
That’s why CanCare’s mission feels so meaningful to me. Their work pairing cancer patients and caregivers with survivor mentors is a beautiful reminder that healing is not meant to happen in isolation, alone. Moments of solitude is key when balanced with care from a fellow support system.
