“Recent research continues to highlight the transformative role of artificial intelligence in breast imaging, showing improved cancer detection rates and reduced false-negative findings ultimately contributing to better patient outcomes and earlier diagnosis.
Our study, based on work conducted at Kasr Al Ainy – School of Medicine, Cairo University, that investigated the added value of integrating AI-based mammographic interpretation with sonomammography, and demonstrated that this combination can enhance diagnostic sensitivity and support breast lesion detection.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my co-authors and colleagues for their collaboration.”
