Ross Levine, Principal Investigator and Chief Scientific Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Thanks to everyone for the thoughtful birthday wishes yesterday! Means a lot to hear from everyone.
As some of you know, I have started a new role as the Chief Scientific Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where I will help our amazing scientists and clinicians continue to achieve impact in the lab and in clinical trials as we strive to continue to improve outcome for patients worldwide. There is no better place to do this and no better group of colleagues to work alongside.
Now, more than ever, we need all of the support we can get to make a difference for patients with cancer, especially those with rare cancers.
I would ask you to consider supporting our ride with Cycle for Survival, which raises money that goes directly to game-changing research and trials for patients with rare cancers. We ride this year as part of Team HOPP/Marcy’s Warriors, riding with our family in support of my sister Marcy Levine Kandel and her courageous journey as a MSK patient. Please support our efforts and the science it supports!”
