“What a honor to collaborate with these great leaders (my co-authors) to help share and hopefully encourage further discussion and continued development / improvement of team based care. My old practice has been using APPs and the entire team, since mid 1990’s with lessons learned, but also contributed to our success in clinical practice and clinical trial participation as a CCOP.
I thank my co- authors but also my past community partners 30 years ago whose innovation and willingness to build team based care shaped my career and perspectives but most importantly, improved the care of our patients!”
