“Wrapping up my first JPM and it was great to connect with so many interesting people, friends and former colleagues.
Thanks to STAT and Matthew Herper for hosting Scott Gottlieb, Julie Tierney and me for lively a discussion on Monday night. The forum allowed me to get a few things off my chest.
It was also great to support the Biotech CEO Sisterhood and sit down with Real Chemistry founder Jim Weiss for a candid conversation with communications leaders about the current uncertainty at the FDA.
I’m looking forward to my next act (stay tuned) while continuing to fierce advocate for FDA. Now more than ever the staff at the agency need our support. As I told STAT, the FDA’s greatest asset are its people.
