Quoting Centre of Research Excellence in Optimising Care in the Home for Older Australians’s post:
“We’re thrilled to launch the Centre of Research Excellence in Optimising Care in the Home for Older Australians, led by Professor Gillian Harvey at Flinders Caring Futures Institute. Our mission is to drive innovative research that supports older Australians to live independently and safely at home, and improves outcomes, health equity and health system sustainability.
Through collaborative partnerships – National Ageing Research Institute, The Registry of Senior Australians Research Centre, Deakin Nursing and Midwifery, Centre for Quality and Patient Safety Research, Melbourne Ageing Research Collaboration (MARC), Southern Adelaide Local Health Network and evidence-based approaches, we aim to develop and translate effective solutions that address the priorities of recipients of government funded home care.
Stay tuned for updates on our projects, findings, and opportunities to get involved.”
