“From Singapore to Guildford – and straight into a day of ideas and collaboration!
Arriving at 6am from Singapore, I had the wonderful opportunity to serve as a mentor at the IST Innovation Forum – GU 2026.
It was well worth the journey. The Forum brought together an impressive international group to challenge ideas, identify unmet needs and develop practical, investigator-driven clinical trial concepts.
A real pleasure sharing this experience with fellow mentors Dr. María Natalia Gandur Quiroga, Giuseppe Banna , Akash Maniam , Pasquale Rescigno , Stefanie Zschäbitz and Deborah Mukherji . The energy and enthusiasm from our participants made the discussions especially rewarding.
Mentorship works both ways – I certainly came away with new perspectives and ideas too.
