“I came to ASCO 2026 in Chicago American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) expecting to be inspired by the science.
What I didn’t expect was how deeply moved I would be by the PEOPLE behind it!!!
As a Conquer Cancer Patient Advocate Fellow Conquer Cancer, the ASCO Foundation, it was truly humbling to witness the passion, dedication, and collaboration that drive progress in cancer care. Behind every study, every presentation, and every breakthrough are PEOPLE working tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
The conversations, the shared purpose, and the opportunity to learn from some of the brightest minds in oncology left me with renewed hope and gratitude.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their work, insights, and vision for the future. I leave ASCO inspired, hopeful, and more committed than ever to the patient voice.”
