“It’s a wrap! From 12 to 14 November we hosted 143 participants from 51 countries for our fourth Máxima Master Course in Pediatric Oncology.
The continuous increase in participants illustrates the growing desire among pediatric oncologists from around the globe to learn and exchange their knowledge and experience with each other. The Master Course enables them to apply these lessons in their own hospitals and bring us closer to the mission that we all share: to cure every child with cancer, with optimal quality of life. Everywhere.
Thanks to all participants for having brought so much passion and enthusiasm, to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and Tabletochki CF for providing the necessary scholarships, and Servier Pharmaceuticals for the unrestricted grant support that facilitated this event.
And of course, a big thanks to Máxima International for organizing the Master Course together with our Academy, as well as for providing scholarships. Lastly, a big thanks to our (inter)national faculty members without whom this Máxima Master Course wouldn’t have been possible.
We are happy to announce that the next four-module Máxima Master Course will start in April 2026.
We call on pediatric oncology fellows and early to mid-career pediatric oncologists to register.”
