“Next gen Kras G12C, divarasib, improves survival in 2nd line lung cancer in Krascendo 1.
An advance given all the negative or borderline trial results we have had after chemo and immunotherapy. Krascendo 2 (1st line advanced nsclc) and Krascendo 3 (adjuvant) trials ongoing!”
Quoting The Wall Street Journal’s post:
“Experimental drug, divarasib, showed meaningful improvements in both patients’ overall survival and the time they survived without the disease worsening.
