”Last year, I was honored to meet Dr. Silvana Torselli, the Head of the Hemato-Oncology Unit at Hospital Roosevelt in Guatemala City. She’s been one of our volunteer partner physicians with The Max Foundation for 20 years.
The partnership with Hospital Roosevelt started in 2004 after coordination with the hospital’s leadership and the Ministry of Health. There are around 340 patients in the program receiving treatment for cancer giving these patients the opportunity to live with dignity and hope.
Join me in making an impact to provide access to treatment for people living with cancer.”
