“Huge news for paediatric brain cancer with today’s announcement of $18.7 million in government funding for a nationwide project led by Professor Matt Dun to develop a treatment for the most aggressive and lethal of brain cancers – high grade gliomas.
The team will test a suite of new, next-generation therapies it has developed, including drugs designed to cross the blood-brain barrier.
