On 9 May 2026, the course “Leading innovation for better outcomes and performance in cancer care”, organised by SDA Bocconi School of Management for SPCC (Sharing Progress in Cancer Care), will take place in Milan.
Designed for healthcare professionals, managers, and decision-makers, the programme focuses on:
- Building a culture of innovation
- Leading organisational change
- Translating strategy into tangible outcomes in cancer care
