“I didn’t think I would ever be thrilled to see another EPIC notification, but Erica Gray, PharmD, BCPS found an exception! PPIs, steroids, and acetaminophen all trigger drug-drug interactions in Lexidrug when prescribing immunotherapy. Along with patient/provider education, this is key to improving outcomes with immune checkpoint inhibitors in oncology.

These are the steps we were hoping to see when we wrote our JCO article earlier this year (ICYMI).”
