Nelson Dusetti, Head of the Translational Research and Innovative Therapies Department at the Cancer Research Centre of Marseille (CRCM), shared a post by Biotherapy Innovation Occitanie on LinkedIn, adding:
“I am honored to be invited to the International Biotherapy Days in Toulouse, bringing together researchers, clinicians, and innovators to explore the full spectrum of biotherapies.
During my talk, I will present PANCProfiler, an integrative framework combining single-cell transcriptomics with patient-derived preclinical models to uncover therapeutic resistance programs in pancreatic cancer.
I will discuss how intratumoral heterogeneity shapes adaptive trajectories under chemotherapy and how these insights can help identify rational combination biotherapies and predictive strategies.
Many thanks to the organizers for the invitation and for fostering a forum that truly bridges mechanistic biology, translational research, and clinical innovation.”
