Nelson Dusetti: Advancing Cancer Research Through Collaboration 2025 at the University of Melbourne

Nelson Dusetti, Head of the Translational Research and Innovative Therapies Department at the Cancer Research Centre of Marseille (CRCM), shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Grateful for the invitation and for the excellent scientific moment we shared during the Cancer Cell Plasticity and Precision Oncology Symposium at the University of Melbourne.

It was a real pleasure to present the work we are doing in Marseille at the CRCMCancer Research Center of Marseille and Institute Paoli-Calmettes, together with Christophe Ginestier, and to exchange with so many colleagues driven by the same ambition. Meetings like this one are where science truly moves forward through open discussion, collaboration, and the generous spirit that brought us together.

This symposium was also part of a broader and inspiring initiative: the creation of the new CNRS -University of Melbourne International Research Laboratory PHANTOM, dedicated to studying cancer cell plasticity and treatment resistance across countries and disciplines.

A great thank you to Frédéric Hollande, the organizers, Patrick Mehlen, and to everyone who made this event such a welcoming and stimulating experience. It was an honor to take part.”
