CD3xCD20 bispecifics in transformed Waldenström/lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma show estimated PFS @ 6 and 12 months of 59% and 51%, estimated OS rates of 79% and 57%; 15 pts (75%) experienced CRS (5% G3), 15% had ICANS (0% G3–4).”
