“Liver Health Can’t Wait
In New York City, at the UN High-Level Meeting on NCDs side event, liver health finally took center stage. The Global Liver Institute’s Liver Priority Focus Group brought together governments, policymakers, scientists, and patient advocates — showing that when every voice unites, change is unstoppable.
For too long, liver disease has been overlooked. Today, we deliver a clear and powerful message: SLD is a global challenge — and it demands a global response.
At ELPA, we are proud to stand alongside the Global Liver Institute. From New York to Geneva, Brussels to every capital worldwide, our movement is growing — and our message is crystal clear: liver health is a global priority that can no longer be ignored.:
Liver health is public health. Liver health is global health.
The time for action is now. Let’s build unity, break silos, and ensure liver health is recognized as a priority at the highest levels of policy and diplomacy.”
