“It has been a sweet heartwarming experience that I finally got to visit the Fujian Cancer Hospital to attend their 40th anniversary celebrations.
It was a pleasure to finally meet Prof. Pan Jian Ji who led modern TNM staging in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma and hear his stories about how returned from Paris after 7 years and remains fluent in French.
Fuzhou is half my ancestral home and I got to relive multiple childhood memories visiting the city and tasting the 3 piece preserved olives!
Looking forward to returning more often for international collaborations on nasopharyngeal carcinoma, clinical trials, and translational research.”
