“Today, I’m celebrating one year in my current role and two years as part of the Quality and Patient Safety Department at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
As I reflect on this journey, I’m filled with gratitude for the opportunities I’ve been given and the incredible people I’ve had the privilege to work alongside. This past year has been one of growth, learning, and new experiences that have strengthened me both personally and professionally.
I’m thankful for the colleagues, mentors, and leaders who have shared their knowledge, offered encouragement, and inspired me every step of the way. Being part of an organization dedicated to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care is something I never take for granted.
I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but even more grateful for the journey itself and the people who have made it so meaningful. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and contribute in the years ahead.
