“I am very proud to announce that our amazing cross-sector team has been awarded a 2026 Cancer Australia Supporting People with Cancer grant to co-design and deliver a novel online education resource for multidisciplinary clinicians who provide care for people experiencing homelessness and cancer.
Working with people with lived experience of homelessness and leveraging the extensive expertise of One Bridge and the Mart Molly method, St Vincent’s Australia, Palliative Care Victoria, The VCCC Alliance and the University of Melbourne – we will co-design a learning resource to build workforce knowledge and confidence to apply trauma and equity-informed care for some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
