“Strengthening Cervical Cancer Prevention Through Mentorship.
Today, I conducted a Screen and Treat mentorship session at Betacare Private Health Facility, Githunguri Sub-County, Kiambu County.
The mentorship focused on practical skills in the management of cervical precancerous lesions.
I demonstrated treatment using cryotherapy and thermal ablation, emphasizing safe, effective, and timely treatment to prevent progression to cervical cancer.
Through hands-on mentorship and skills transfer, we continue to strengthen the capacity of healthcare providers to bring cervical cancer screening and treatment closer to women at the point of care.
Screen. Treat. Prevent cervical cancer.”
