Registration is now open for the Third Annual Cell Coast Conference: Transforming Cellular Cancer Therapy, hosted by Moffitt Cancer Center, October 9-11 at the Hilton Tampa Downtown.
I’m proud to serve as both an organizer and a presenter for this year’s meeting. Having watched the program come together, I can say this plainly: Cell Coast is a meeting that anyone serious about the future of cellular therapy should prioritize.
This is not a meeting built around passive updates. It is an accredited CME forum designed for meaningful scientific exchange among clinicians, investigators, translational scientists, engineers, pharmacists, advanced practice providers, nurses, trainees and industry innovators.
The program goes directly at the questions shaping the field:
- Which new targets and insights into the tumor microenvironment can unlock the next generation of therapies?
- How should synthetic biology, gene editing, CAR T, CRISPR and CAR-NK platforms evolve?
- How do we overcome barriers involving manufacturing, in vivo expansion, persistence and precise delivery?
- Most importantly, how do we translate increasingly sophisticated science into therapies that reach patients and improve outcomes?
Cell Coast will also feature poster presentations, specialized workshops, career-development programming, mentorship opportunities and the kind of cross-institutional interaction that can produce real collaborations – not simply an exchange of business cards.
As an organizer, I’m excited about the caliber and breadth of the program we have assembled. As a presenter, I’m looking forward to contributing to the discussion and learning from an outstanding national community of colleagues.
