“Simultanous with ASCO GU 26, the POSEIDON metaanalysis of adding ADT to salvage post-prostatectomy salvage RT shows benefit only if pre-RT PSA is >0.5, with 4-6 mo duration being adequate.

However, consider 24 mo if PSA >1.6.”
