European School of Oncology shared a post on LinkedIn:
“‘I am happy to have this internship in the best hospital of Slovenia. I see this opportunity as a big chance to learn more about my profession and I want to thank the organisers for making it happen.’
Through the M2ICOS project, Dr Cãlescu Roxana-Elena completed a 3-month residency in gastrointestinal cancers at the Institute of Oncology Ljubljana, Slovenia.
The M2ICOS project expanded mobility opportunities for oncology professionals across Europe, enabling them to train in leading cancer centres, share best practices, and help harmonise oncology care standards while supporting the goals of the EU Cancer Plan.
