They help patient organizations generate and use Patient Experience Data, turning experiences into evidence that can inform decision-making.
For me, that’s the opportunity ahead: not simply listening to patients, but ensuring what they tell us helps shape the decisions that affect their lives.
Patient expertise belongs alongside clinical, scientific and regulatory expertise, with a role to play wherever evidence is generated and priorities are set.
Patient perspectives deserve more than a place in the conversation. They deserve a place in the evidence base.”
