Laurence Buisseret: 20 Years of Progress, Discoveries and Major Changes in Oncology

Laurence Buisseret, Director of the Medical Oncology Department at Institut Jules Bordet, shared on LinkedIn:

“20 years of the BSMO-Bordet Meeting!

20 years of progress, discoveries and major changes in oncology. So much has evolved over these two decades, from molecular biology to new therapeutic strategies, and the way we translate scientific advances into everyday clinical practice.

But this meeting is also, an opportunity to come together, exchange ideas, share experiences and reconnect with colleagues.

Join us on 20–21 November in Brussels for this special anniversary edition!

If you haven’t registered yet, there is still time. Looking forward to seeing many of you there!.”

The BSMO-Bordet Meeting 2026, marking the 20th Belgian Symposium on the Integration of Molecular Biology Advances into Oncology Clinical Practice and the 12th Post-MASCC Seminar, will take place on November 20–21, 2026, in Brussels, Belgium. The anniversary edition will focus on translating scientific and molecular biology advances into everyday clinical oncology practice, featuring a keynote lecture by Professor Awada on 20 Years of Oncology Innovation: Lessons and Future Directions.”
