Larissa Nekhlyudov, Professor of Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Harvard Medical School, shared on LinkedIn:
“After nearly 15 years as an Associate Editor and almost 5 years as Deputy Editor of the Journal of Cancer Survivorship, I have decided to step down from my editorial leadership role.
My deepest thanks to Michael Feuerstein for giving me this opportunity and for his extraordinary leadership and vision.
This groundbreaking journal, which he launched two decades ago, has built an international community dedicated to advancing survivorship science and improving the lives of cancer survivors worldwide.
I am immensely grateful to the Associate Editors, Editorial Board members, Social Media interns, reviewers, and authors who made this journey so rewarding.
It has been an honor to contribute to the growth of the journal and to promote the dissemination of cancer survivorship research.
I look forward to continuing to advance cancer survivorship research, care, education, and policy through ongoing efforts and in new ways.”
