“Call for papers:
How do we build cancer systems that remain financially sustainable while delivering care across the full pathway?
We (along with Richard Sullivan and Ajay Aggarwal) are commissioning a special issue of the Journal of Cancer Policy on building financially sustainable cancer systems across resource settings. We are seeking empirically grounded work on how countries organise, finance, and govern cancer care under real world constraints.
Key themes include:
- Priority setting (e.g adaptive HTA)
- Financing cancer services in constrained systems
- Governance and implementation of cancer system reform
Submission deadline: 30 September 2026.
