At the Artificial Intelligence in Cancer Research Summer School in Corfu I had the opportunity to talk about something I consider crucial: how Artificial Intelligence can have real value for the patient.
AI is not the goal. Access is the goal.
Access to early diagnosis, the right specialist, biomarker testing, the right treatment options, and clinical trials, no matter where someone lives and how familiar they are with technology.
