Karen Canfell, Lead of Cancer Elimination Collaboration (CEC) at the University of Sydney, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Thank you Nature Medicine, for the opportunity to reflect on the global health and social impact of HPV vaccines, 20 years on.
Here, I describe how HPV vaccines have helped drive a transformation of the global cancer control agenda, with women now at the very centre.
Thanks to Sarah Tomlin and Saheli Sadanand, and to Ming Yang for past engagement. And to so many colleagues in HPV and cervical cancer research, advocacy, policy and implementation of control initiatives, who have worked so hard over the 20 year period.”
