Joshua Omale, Pediatric Oncology Advocate, Innovation Council Member at Coalition Against Childhood Cancer (CAC2), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This February, I’ll be writing about cancer – not only as a disease, but as a systems challenge.
Cancer outcomes are shaped long before diagnosis: by access, by policy, by trust, by data, and by where someone is born.
This series will explore:
- cancer prevention
- health systems
- equity
- childhood cancer
- and what these look like in low- and middle-income countries;
not as slogans, but as realities we must face and redesign.
My aim is to surface insights that are often overlooked, and to point toward solutions that are practical, not just ideal.
If you work in cancer, public health, or development, I hope these reflections challenge and sharpen how we think about impact.”
