“Day 9: The hidden burden in low-resource settings.
Childhood cancer is not rare. Every year, over 400,000 children are diagnosed.
But in Nigeria and other low and middle income countries, too many do not get diagnosed early, and too many don’t get the care they deserve.
The burden is heavy, but awareness and action can change the story.
No child should die because of where they were born.”
