Jonathan Cohen: Inspiring Melanoma Symposium Highlighting Powerful Progress in Long Term Survival

Jonathan Cohen, Director of Clinical Research at Sharett Institute of Oncology of Hadassah Medical Center, shared on LinkedIn:

“I had the wonderful opportunity to present at the 16th Annual Melanoma Education Symposium, a fantastic patient-centered event organized by The Angeles Clinic and Research Institute and the AIM at Melanoma Foundation.

Our discussion highlighted the incredible, tangible strides being made toward long-term survival and potential cures in advanced melanoma—showing patients and families that long-term survival is truly no longer a rare exception.

It is always a privilege to share the stage with such knowledgeable colleagues. Hearing them break down complex therapeutic advancements into empowering, actionable knowledge for patients is inspiring.

A special thank you to Omid Hamid for the invitation to participate in this impactful event, and to my fellow panelists for their insights: Inder Mehmi, Trevan Fischer, James Smithy, Ryan Sullivan”
