“It’s always interesting to me when I’m up against something new in cancer. (My ALT numbers continued to worsen rather dramatically today, btw, now on prednisone. So more likely this is an autoimmune reaction.)
Right now, I’d be very interested in talking to biotech execs, R&D execs, people in oncology, about the dumb shit they see and experience in this world, after their own diagnosis.
I’ve gathered a few tales so far. It’s particularly poignant for me, as I work on this book. So much of this is so obviously wrong. And just lethal.”
