“To screen or not to screen? Looks like that is the question of the day in cancer prevention, following a report in JAMA Internal Medicine on the causes of the rise in early-onset cancer in the US population that attributed it, at least in some cases, to overdiagnosis.
In our last editorial of the year, we are argue that cancer screening has to become more precise, to evolve and integrate multimodal data in the identification of high-risk individuals.”
