JJ Singleton, Research Advocate at Fight Colorectal Cancer, adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivor, shared on LinkedIn:
“COSMO2026 was an incredible experience. Medical professionals from researchers oncologist oncology nurses patient advocates and industry all came together to talk listen and learn about building trust and battling misinformation in the digital and social media world. We talked about AI and using patients expertise and lived experience and so much more.
I got to see friends and meet new ones from people I see online that inspire me daily to people I’ve never seen before. I got to listen to passionate humans doing the work that some see and a lot that nobody does it was inspiring to put it mildly.
Thank you to so many and especially Women in Medicine.
Y’all were inspiring and educational and just amazing it was a great conference because of y’all’s work
I love doing this amazing work with friends and to see my friends shine learn grow and being amazing advocates, humans and friends.
Till next time Chicago, and COSMO.”
