Jennifer Koblinski: Insights From the 22nd St. Jude Workshop on Mouse Models for Human Disease

Jennifer Koblinski, Associate Professor; Director, Cancer Mouse Models Core; Scientific Director TDAAC at Virginia Commonwealth University, Fellow, Executive Leadership Academy for Cancer Centers (ELACC) at VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“On my way home from Memphis after attending the 22nd Workshop: Pathology of Mouse Models for Human Disease at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – ALSAC.

Thank you to Laura Janke, DVM, PhD, DACVP and all who organized the meeting for the invitation to speak. And thank you Ingrid Bergin for suggesting me! I truly appreciate the opportunity to talk about Cancer Mouse Models. The talks were outstanding, and the conversations with colleagues were equally valuable. It’s always energizing to connect with such a collaborative and thoughtful community.

If you’re interested in mouse pathology, I highly recommend attending next year’s workshop.

And while I didn’t spot the ghost of Elvis, I did walk with my feet 10 feet off of Beale Street with Andres Mejia , Shawn Thomas, Kari Frankhouse.”
