Jan Nicolay Shares New TriNetX Data on CTCL Outcomes

Jan Nicolay, Senior Consultant at University Medical Center Mannheim, shared a post on LinkedIn:

New data on prognosis in CTCL patients published!!

It is my pleasure to share our new paper on TriNetX data in cutaneous T cell lymphoma. In brief:

We identified 4 prognostic factors in a retrospective cohort of almost 1300 patients with Sezary syndrome within the TriNetX database:

  • age>60y and elevated LDH, confirming PROCLIPI data and other studies.
  • anemia and leukocytosis as new independent negative prognostic factors.

Together with the PROCLIPI consortium and the EORTC CLTG and ISCL groups we develop more and more insight and models to estimate individual patient prognosis that may help to stratify therapeutic management for our CTCL patients. Thanks to all collaborators and the publication fonds of the Universität Heidelberg.”
