“Pretty remarkable news from Vironexis Biotherapeutics today: 3/3 relapsed/refractory ALL patients treated with our one-time, in vivo–produced CD19×CD3 T-cell engager achieved MRD-negative complete responses.
- 3/3 MRD-negative CRs
- All 3 confirmed by clonoSEQ
- Single, off-the-shelf IV administration
- First patient remains MRD-negative through Day 260, making protein after BM transplant!
- Therapeutic protein still detectable at least 9 months later
The idea is simple, even if the biology isn’t: give the body the instructions once, and let the patient make the T-cell engager themselves.
Still early – but a pretty exciting human proof-of-concept for what we’ve been building.
