Hedley Lewis, CEO of CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA, and Chairman of Childhood Cancer International – Africa Committee, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA ‘s The Cows extends its sincere appreciation to Global Macs for selecting CHOC as the beneficiary of the inaugural Global Macs Golf Day, held at the Mbombela Golf Club on 4 September.
The event raised in excess of R100 000, which will directly support children and teenagers affected by childhood cancer, as well as their families.
I would like to acknowledge Charlie Bainbridge and Marc Bainbridge , Global Macs CEO Shane Hartman , together with all sponsors, golfers, and partners whose generosity made this possible.
During International Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, this commitment exemplifies the power of collaboration in driving meaningful impact and delivering hope where it is needed most.”
