Quoting David Antonio Martínez Pérez’s post:

“Working together. Learning together. Building impact together.

Collaborative work is the foundation of integrated cancer care — it amplifies the voice of the oncology community and drives sustainable, equitable, and high-quality cancer care worldwide.

Listening to patient voices and teamwork will help us reduce barriers to therapy access and Close the care gap.

Truly a huge honour to be part of this amazing and Passionate Working Group, determined to make a difference in this Consultancy Meeting on CT-Based Contouring Guidelines for Prostate Cancer Radiotherapy in LMICs, organized by our PI Soha Ahmed Salem, in the Applied Radiation Biology and Radiotherapy Section of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Headquarters, Vienna, Austria, 20-24 October 2025

Together with a team of exceptional global experts, we worked toward developing practical, evidence-based CT contouring guidelines tailored to the needs of low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) —a vital step in improving access and delivery of realistic, high-quality cancer care services for the sake of our patients with prostate cancer worldwide.

Many thanks to our colleagues in Vienna, Austria, for their Hospitality. Nuzhat Zahin – Tatiana Díaz Ramos, we had an amazing Time together!
