“One of my greatest moments of my term as International Society of Paediatric Oncology – SIOP President was to handle the life-time achievement award to David Poplack a big legend and the editor of the textbook of Pediatric Oncology from where we all learnt the specialty.
I had the honor to co-author a chapter at the latest edition about pediatric oncology in LMIC. I have donated a copy of the book sent by the publisher to the fellows at the Fundación Pérez Scremini with a message.
