If you survived cancer as a child, your story can help others. We want to show the world what survivors really need to live healthy, happy lives.

Childhood Cancer International, CCI’s Survivors Network and researcher Jéssica Pimentel from Iscte – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. The project is funded by FCT (Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia).
What is it?
It is a global survey to understand the health and emotional needs of childhood cancer survivors. We will use your answers to improve care for everyone.
Who can apply?
Childhood Cancer Survivors (If you were diagnosed before or at age 18).
What will you gain?
- Help others: Your answers help create better support programs
- Speak up: Make sure survivors’ voices are included in future health plans
- Safety: The survey is private. No names are collected, and it follows strict ethical rules
Time: It takes about 20-25 minutes
Languages: Available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French
Deadline: Open until the end of July
