Federico Pio Fabrizio: Decoding the Invisible in DNA Methylation and Lung Disease at PMMP Congress

At the Italian PMMP (Molecular Pathology and Precision Medicine) Congress, leading voices in molecular biology and pathology gathered to explore advances shaping the future of personalized medicine.

Federico Pio Fabrizio, Associate of Molecular Biology at The Kore University of Enna, shared his experience of participating in the discussion on the role of DNA methylation in liquid biopsy, with a particular focus on lung cancer and non-neoplastic lung diseases:

“On the occasion of the Italian PMMP (Molecular Pathology and Precision Medicine) congress, I had the privilege and pleasure of taking part in the discussion on the role of DNA methylation in liquid biopsy, with a particular focus on lung cancer and non-neoplastic lung diseases.

An experience that extended far beyond its purely scientific value: powerful, inspiring, and truly immersive. A moment of genuine growth, driven by energy, exchange, and new perspectives in the fields of pathology and molecular biology in the context of personalized medicine.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the organizers and to all the colleagues I had the pleasure of meeting during the event, for the valuable discussions and for such a meaningful experience. A wonderful experience that I will remember with great gratitude.”
