“On Sunday, two parts of my life collide: the part where I run, and the part where I work for a charity dedicated to beating cancer
Running has always been my space, usually a gentle 5k followed by a well‑deserved coffee and cake. Not quite marathon behaviour. But working at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) is where that same energy becomes something bigger. Something that matters.
This weekend, at London Marathon, those two worlds meet at mile 1… and stay together for all 26.2.
