“Honored to host Arul Chinnaiyan from the University of Michigan at the UCSF Prostate Cancer Program Research Retreat, as the Felix Feng Endowed Lectureship/Keynote speaker.
Arul was Felix’s mentor at Michigan, and subsequently, a close collaborator of Felix and of the UCSF Prostate Cancer Program.
This year, this meeting was held in honor and memory of Felix, who we lost almost one year ago on December 10, 2024. We continue to be inspired by Felix’s amazing legacy, and as Josh Lang, another close friend and collaborator of Felix’s, said nearly a year ago:
‘Tomorrow we stand and get back to the fight against the terrible disease that took one of our best, brightest, and kindest.’ “
