“Meaningful experience at TICC26 – The 4th Tanzania International Cancer Conference.
I was privileged to participate as a speaker at TICC26, where I presented: ‘Androgen Deprivation Therapy in Prostate Cancer: What are the Options?’
The presentation focused on the evolving role of GnRH agonists and antagonists, including differences in testosterone suppression, testosterone flare, cardiovascular considerations, and practical patient-centred treatment selection.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the discussion was seeing the interest generated around GnRH antagonists and the opportunity to discuss how emerging evidence can translate into clinical practice in our setting.”
