Elene Kekelia, MedicalOncology Resident at Todua Clinic, University Lecturer at Petre Shotadze Tbilisi Medical Academy (TMA), shared a post on LinkedIn:
“First International Conference on Rare Cancers and Precision Medicine in Georgia
This Conference was initiated by Todua Clinic’s General Manager, Giorgi Diasamidze, whose vision made Georgia’s first conference on Rare Cancers and Precision Medicine possible. It was a pleasure to be one of the co-organizers—this conference would not have been possible without the Todua Clinic oncology team: Mariam Abuladze , Nana Otkhozoria , Elene Mariamidze , Tamar Esakia, Davit Kvaratskhelia, Elene Makharashvili and the incredible support of the entire Todua Clinic team.
As residents, we presented real clinical cases and engaged in dynamic discussions with experts from oncology centers, including The Christie, The Royal Marsden, Imperial College London, Cambridge University Hospitals, Fondazione IRCCS INT, Sorbonne University, and Queen Mary University of London.
We sincerely thank all the speakers for their invaluable contributions, which made this conference a meaningful and inspiring event.
We are also grateful to the European School of Oncology for recommending this event and supporting its success.
This conference marks an important step forward for Georgian oncology and the beginning of long-term international collaboration.”
